By reserving or ordering services from SuperSonic Limo & Sedan online or by phone, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions on this page.

Executive Sedans Only:

• Waiting time is charged at $50.00 per hour.
• No-show reservations will be charged the full trip cost plus 20% service fee. If the customer cannot locate the sedan, the customer should call 703.622.6100 to avoid being billed as a no-show.
• We grant a 30-minute grace period after domestic flight arrival times, 30-minutes after reported international flight arrival times. All other pick-ups receive a 15-minute grace period.
• Full fare plus 20% will be charged if a cancellation occurs less than two hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Phone is charged at $2.00 per minute/ Extra stop within zone, $10.00 per stop.
• 20% driver gratuity is added to the total trip cost.
• Out of area jobs—outside of a 40-mile radius of the Washington, DC metro area—are charged at $2.25 per mile, plus 20% with a minimum of $90.00.
• Dedicated sedan service is charged at $50.00 per hour, plus 20% (minimum three hours) within the Washington Metro area.
• Dedicated sedan service outside 40-mile radius is charged at $60.00 per hour plus 20%.
• Pick-ups or drop-offs scheduled between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. are subject to an additional $10.00 service charge.
• There will be an additional $10.00 for the driver to meet and greet the passenger at the baggage claim area inside the terminal. Curbside pick-up is provided free of charge.
• Clients are encouraged to call Supersonic Sedan & Limousine at 703.622.6100 upon arrival. Driver will pick up passenger at curbside with name sign attached to window.
• Surcharges may be applied in cases of inclement weather and increases of gasoline prices.
• Client understand that SuperSonic Limo & Sedan shall not be responsible for any items left in the limousine or the safe keeping of any item(s).
• client represents to be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this contract under Virginia law.

All Other Vehicle Reservations:

• Client hereby verifies that all information providing by client to SuperSonic Limo & Sedan is correctly state, this includes billing information, pick-up date(s), pick-up times, and number of passengers.
  
• Client agrees that they shall be fully liable for any damages to a SuperSonic Limo & Sedan sustained during client's trip. This may include burns, rips, tears, or damage to any video or radio equipment.
• Client agrees to pay a service charge of $200.00, to clean any major spillage in the Limousine sustained during client's trip.
  
• Client hereby authorizes SuperSonic Limo & Sedan to charge the credit card on file once a confirmed reservation has been made. Partial Deposits held for a reservation is non-refundable.
• NO REFUNDS on deposits &/or payments made in full. All deposits and payments are non-transferable.
  
• Client understands that the cancellation fee is 100% plus 20% driver's gratuity, if the cancellation notice has been given less then (8) days prior to service date.
• Client agrees to pay a late charge of 2% per month for any unpaid balance or attributable damages, as defined below, and shall reimburse Company for its costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys fees incurred.
• SMOKING, ILLEGAL USE OF ALCOHOL, &/OR NARCOTICS OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ARE PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE TRIP. Client Hereby agrees to hold SuperSonic Limo & Sedan, its agents and employees harmless from any consequences of such wrongful use by customer or Client’s guests, including the cost to defend against the same.
  
• Client agrees to directly pay the SuperSonic Limo & Sedan chauffeur for the cost of all parking expenses, tolls or overtime.
  
• Client agrees that if anyone in the party is found using any illegal drugs, fighting, or any other conduct, considered inappropriate by the chauffeur, the chauffeur is under strict order to return all passengers to the starting point or the drop off point immediately.
  
• Client understands any changes to the contract, once signed, will result in a price increase.
  
• Client agrees that SuperSonic Limo & Sedan shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the SuperSonic Limo & Sedan's inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical or electrical difficulties, delays due to traffic conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the SuperSonic Limo & Sedan.
  
• Client understand that SuperSonic Limo & Sedan shall not be responsible for any items left in the limousine or the safe keeping of any item(s).
• client represents to be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this contract under Virginia law.
• Overtime will be permitted, upon vehicle availability, and rounded off to the next hour. Availability of overtime is not guaranteed. Overtime rates are non-negotiable and will be charged to the customer according to the GPS Tracking report for each limousine. Chauffeurs’ do not have the ability to waive overtime for any reason. Overtime is charged by the hour not prorated per minute. \
• There is a maximum of 3 permitted pick up and drop off locations. The minimum contract price is fixed once this contract is signed. Early dismissal, downsizing, or shortening of rental hours, will not adjust the price.
• Minor changes to rental are upon availability and REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE. CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING AND FAXED TO (703-922-2088). Call if flight times change. Any changes in arrival or destination locations may result in additional charges (travel charges). A contract change fee will be applied to all contracts if changes are made after signing.
• SuperSonic Limo & Sedan reserves the right to institute and establish rules and regulations of guest conduct, which may be amended from time to time, including termination of rental, without refund, due to non compliant guest conduct.
• ONLY Parents are permitted to make Prom reservations – no student, even if over the age of 18.Any reservations submitted by anyone other than the parent will be discarded. You must verify receipt of all reservations by calling the office.
