Our office has dealt with Jim Sultany in the past and have found his service to be better than at least one of the other preferred sedan services we currently have. In all the times we have used Supersonic, we have never had any problems with any of the drivers; whether the driver was Jim Sultany or one of his drivers. They have always been punctual and maintained a high level of courtesy and professionalism. The service has always been well above our expectations and their prices are competitive with the other sedan services. Jim went above and beyond what IQ hired him to do and helped Jana Monaco with several things that I thought deserved mentioning. He helped Mrs. Monaco disarm Stephen's wheelchair and put it together again. He also lifted Stephen in and out of his wheelchair and from the limo. He also escorted them inside the building and found me because my cell phone did not have service. He was great with Stephen and wiped his chin off and put his head in proper position when it fell to the side. These are all things that he did not have to do but did anyway. I just think these are the details that make IQ and our respective clients look better. If we ever need these services again, please look to Supersonic Limo and Jim. Thanks everyone!
